1. Look at the color

2. Look at the fineness

Konjac powder or konjac micronized powder is generally 45-120, the particles are relatively large, and can be seen through the naked eye, while konjac gum is more than 120-200 mesh, very fine;

3. Smell

Konjac powder or konjac micronized powder has a very strong fishy smell, and konjac gum powder almost no smell, which is easy to distinguish after brewing, tasting;

4. Touch feel

Good quality konjac flour has a fine feel, touch like flour, but not so smooth, and will sticky hands.

5. Look at the dissolution

Good konjac flour can be brewed with warm or cool water, but the fake konjac flour can not be dissolved in cool water.
